Good place for grocery shopping. Have Guardian inside Giant, bakery items, electronics and home needs.

Hate going to the weighing station when ANG is there!! She scolds customers, she scolds colleagues, handles the fruits and vegetables rudely, seriously hate her! I wonder what's wrong with her temper. She's so rude to her colleagues. The colleagues which she scolded were very friendly to customers, which I liked. Today Ang scolded me for parking the trolley too near to the weighing area, she could just said politely" please move away your trolley, you are blocking the weighing area, thank you. Ang could just say like that and everyone would have been happy!! There was once during Chinese New year, people were queuing to buy mandarin oranges, she let one customer to cut queue and the customer infront informed her and Ang scolded him How dare she! The argument was so intense that the supervisor was needed to resolve the issue. Ang is seriously making Giant lose its business!! GIANT should fire her for being rude to customers and colleagues. I had witnessed so many times of her scolding people, whenever you see Ang don't weigh your fruits and vegetables ya! GIANT management definitely needs to improve tremendously.

Staffs are great. Easy to get stuffs when I do my groceries every month But I am always having issues with their trolley when I want to keep it at their entrance. Cant remove my coins. I always have to walk away Not once ,not twice but most of the time I hope Giant will do something about their trolley Thanks

Supermarket with varieties of products at discounted prices! Free shuttle bus to Sembawang MRT bus interchange Sun Plaza with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

Guardian has introduced their products within a space located at Giant Hypermarket it is really convenient for us to pick up the required items as we move around.

Found burger buns, hotdog buns, bagels, $1 selar fish

Old but gold hyper supermarket easily beats NTUC FairPrice at Canberra or even Sun Plaza imho. Though the “discounts” aren’t always the best offer, generally they offer more varieties and brands for each and every product. The fresh meats, seafood and vegetables areas is huge! They even offer some household appliances such as standing fans, cooking pots etc.

My opinion. Giant foods & goods in this super market are slightly cheaper than outside due to the accessibility to food sources in Malaysia. For large family, it means a lot of saving. Store design are simple but comfortable larger size. Giant supermarket in Sembawang Shopping Centre is on of the larger store. ?
