This is the first time. I had purchased a car from GL AUTO from a sals lady called Geraldine. I am. amazed by her personality and the way I was served from end to end of the sales. Her relentless effort to secure the sales was met with so much ease and joy the I had enjoyed along the journey till closure. She can communicate very well and understand customer needs that make me give her credit for this top-notch sales lady. She is also meticulous and always ready to explain and her patent is CLASS A. If one day , I have to buy or sell another car, she will be my focal point for my life. I Strongly recommend her service no matter what I buy of sell against the test of time.. Bought our first car, an audi a3 sedan and were served by Geraldine. Great customer service from her and was transparent throughout the dealing and communicated all additional costs from the start. Car had a tyre w tear so we requested her to change in a pair and she was very willing to deliver this request. Most importantly, she was not pushy at all and listen to our concerns and gave us practical advice. All in all, it was a very pleasant and hassle free buying experience for us.
