I had called the given number on Google to inquire on the accommodation at said hotel and the lady who picked up the phone, literally groaned a “hello” and right after I mentioned, “Hi, I would like to inquire on the glamping” all she said was, “can you call back later, byeeee”. Honestly?!

What a waste of money. Terrible customer service and the place is too small with tents clogged up together. Would highly recommend to avoid.

I made a mistake of not looking at the reviews before booking this god awful place. But turns out this is like a scam. The marketing picture looks nice and glamorous, romantic even. So i booked the Couple Hideaway Glamping BBQ. Well judging from the name of that package, i thought it includes the BBQ set. Even the detail page showed the BBQ set and the * said no food included. That is fine by me. My friend also decided to book the 5 pax set for his family at the same day as mine. It was only just the day before the checkin, my friend casually mentioned that the add on BBQ bundle is expensive. I told him, isnt it included in the price? He showed me the detail page for the 5 pax which shows the price for the package and the add on, but the 2 pax i booked does not show it. So i assumed it was included before. I watsapp to go glamping and asked. You guys should just look at the screenshot of my exchange with them. With this type of answer, i should have gone “running for the hills”. But already paid so just went with it. We just want to have some fun during this time. When we checked in, the tent looks so dirty with alot of black spots. The tent area is a collection of tents shared with another company. When i asked about the shared toilet and shower facilities, they told us it was at the toilet near the prawning area. When me and my wife saw it, we were super disappointed. It is like a public toilet. The shower was inside the toilet bowl cubicle where there was a pipe and shower head installed just behind the toilet bowl. The floor was dirty, toilet bowl not cleaned, sink muddy. Apparently the female toilet was worse. The tents are actually located in a small area surrounded by a cheap, run down resort, with some old restaurants and a prawning center. It was not all bad, the tent had some cosy decorations, the bbq pit was spacious, and at this covid time where all bbq facilities are close, it is nice to finally have a bbq with friends. However for the price of $300 for my package, my friend paid $500 for his 5 pax package (same size tent, just 2 more beds but no decorations), that is the same price as booking a staycation in a nice hotel, we would expect at least clean facilities and toilet, bbq items included in Kranji area. Instead we got a small area with dirty tents erected and a toilet outside of the tent area in another area. In the end, me and my wife went home after the bbq. Did not want to bath and sleep here. We should have booked a staycation at MBS or some nice hotel for the same price.

It's a scam, be careful. This is not the kind of experience u expect when u put forward such a money. For this money u can stay in a 5 star hotel with breakfast. Awful customer service. Racist staff. Arrogant coordinator who never showed her face too. Just shouted on the phone 'll the time.

Booked a 2D1N stay on the 16/12/2021. Pre-booking: Booked around early December. Called us at around 9PM on 15/12/2021 to confirm booking. (Abit too late for me — preferably before 7PM) Check-in: No proper check-in area. Texted them and was told to locate 2 short girls named AA & BB. Went around the whole area shouting their names, asked around as well but was unable to find them. After 10 minutes of searching while carrying our items, took a photo and sent them. They suddenly appeared, showed us our tent and were about to make their leave without collecting any payment. Payment mode is only through Cash & Paynow. Had to prompt them before they would collect the payment. Area: The area had sudden strong smells of horse poop as it was located near the Gallop farm. Toilet was a 1-2 min walk away, and had strong pungent smells as well. Was honestly unable to shower due to the disturbing scent, obvious that it was not cleaned on a regular basis. Area only had 3 F&B outlets. Bedsheets did not seemed like it was regularly cleaned, had marks or holes on them as well. Portable air-conditioning did not work (here they gave us an extra fan instead). Places was filled with flies & mosquitos so do come prepared. Quite difficult to get Grab, was unable to book grab home & had to resort to booking a shuttle service $2 to Kranji MRT.

Scam, book at your own risk! Place are dirty, smelly, animal dropping everywhere! The most ridiculous part is sharing the toilet with the prawning operator beside. I will lodge a lodge a complaint to CASE and make sure nobody will get conned again!

Not recommended!!! The environment is damn dirty and not being maintained. The tent was totally different from the advertisement! Black spots all over inside the tent and the mat on the floor inside and outside were flooded with rain water with smell when we first stepped into the tent. We don't even have a place to sit as the floor mat was soaked with water as well as our belongings. We requested to change a tent as we do not who we could ask at that time. We called and asked, but the boss wasn't friendly and refused to change for us without understanding the situation, she just instructed us to wait for her staff come to solve the problem. After waited for about 20min, her staff attended to us. At first, she was not keen to change the tent. But when she noticed the tent condition was wet and dirty that there's no place for us to sit and rest, she offered us to change to another tent. What she mentioned was the tent didn't have aircone. We accepted the offer as at least that tent was not wet internally that we can have a place to sit down. That staff also mumbled at us like we don't appreciate it but we didn't ask for more besides changing a tent. I can say we are very patiencely waiting and talk nicely to the staff. The tent that we had was the worst as compared to other people. According to the staff, every single decoration of the tent need to be charged extra. We were very not impressed by the beautiful decoration but we do 'impressed' as it is totally out of our expectations. Maybe we expect the service or the place can be better and more comfortable than it should. Besides, most of the nearby recommended spotlights were closed and not being well maintained. The price wasn't worth it. Please think wisely if u wanna take this challenge.

1. Was supposed to check in at 3pm but the tent is not ready when arrive. Waited till 4.30pm. 2. The staff using the dirty water (after she cleaned a few tent) to clean the tent that we are going to stay overnight. The staff claimed that all bedsheet and mattress are new yet we spotted a few stain on it. We insisted it to be changed. 3. Poor facilities and low maintenance. The lighting at our tent is not in good condition and some lightings is not working at all. The lady boss will just ignore and refused to talk further on what you have feedback to her. 4. Shared toilet with public who came for prawn fishing. Toilet is awfully dirty and full of urine smell. Spotted the staff wash their leg on basin while other tent's visitors are washing their enoki over the basin. Poor hygiene. 5. Basically, you paid for 300 - just got the tent with two queen size airbed and one single size airbed. With a few simple deco.. I could say its not worth at all with this standard.
