Went to upgrade my graphic card. They gave my advices on my build. Even when I decided to upgrade my hdd to ssd and power supply, the staff at the shop advised me to go back and think thru for the ssd. And don’t upgrade the power supply unless it’s faulty. They could have just sell them to me. So I find them honest, helpful & patient.

Very bad service.. Whole gang just stand around chatting.. Oblivious to customers.

The shop itself is pretty nice with a very group of generally helpful and pleasant staff so I would recommend this store to an experienced builder. However, I am not too good with troubleshooting myself so when I brought my computer in for some major problems that I could not fix that completely crippled my ability to used the computer, the technician took over. When the computer was "repaired", the problem can back in 3 weeks. I brought it in twice more doing the same song and dance of waiting to get back my computer only to have same the reoccurring problem before bringing it in. The best part was the technician claimed it was the same problem twice which he obviously did not fix. In total I was not able to use my computer for more than half a year because of the problems I experienced. At the time of writing this, I effectively burned all money I put into building this computer as I will have to go to a proper repair shop before I can even use it and I do not know how much more it will add to the total cost of my computer, but maybe it was just my fault for trusting the shops technician.

Ordered a pair of speakers through their shopee store. Can’t even have a basic courtesy to reply on a simple inquiry. Waste of time. ?

Very friendly stuff & a wide selection of products. Cybermind has been my go to shop for years now, as they are one of the only stores which keep 'older' products in stock. It was sad that they had to close down for a few years (or months). However, like most shops in SLS, they will try to coax you into buying more expensive parts than you need. If you know what you're doing/buying, they would normally not do that. The prices are fairly competitive, most of the time they're one of the lowest in the entire mall. Overall an excellent store, especially if you did your homework, would recommend!

Is a nice shop if you are definitely die die want to buy from them regardless the price or variety. If you are newbie would like to make enquiries and considering before purchase, you better avoid this shop, their customer service level is not good or bad, they will talk to their own staff in-front of customer, saying that "this customer ask so much questions, without buying anything, wasting my time, next time they come again no need to serve them!" well...since you already said like this, I go to next shop and buy bah. don't want to waste your precious time there.

Great place as Long as you research about your parts before coming here, no discounts unless you buy in bundle and otherwise has stock of every PC component
