Update from the employers response: False Accusation? Are you sure? Go google the complaints board. Check your negative feedbacks, what is the common denominator? It is for your clients to decide, not yours. And yeah, you indeed gotten some people jobs. Of course, that is the nature of your BUSINESS! That is NOT IMPRESSIVE! Not unless your doing it for Charity! But what the about the vast majority of your clients that did not land any job? Left under your mercy on when you are going to transfer the refund! Not even an apology after delaying 3x and as if we owe you that you return the money! #realtalk _______\\\\ ______ Original Post: I was once a client of this company, not my real name here but I got a REAL bad experienced from them. I got the refund after more than 120 days, including the 90 days of marketing my resume. Aside from the fact that I did not get any interviews for a period of 90 days, I was really stressed out w/ after Janet delaying my refund. I had to visit them twice since they are not responding to my emails, and they are not picking up phone the too when I dial this number 6214-3562, in which, according to the phone attendant I spoke first is the hotline for refund request. The problem with this agency is that they are using the foreigners for CROWDFUNDING. In other words, they are using the $500 marketing fee to pay their other refund obligations. I am not saying that they cannot land you a job, provided that they doing their job in marketing your resume. But c’mon, what is the success rate of this company? 1 out of 10? For me that is already a very generous assumption. Coz how many clients they have? And how many staffs do you see when you enter their office? Plus, most of the agency in Singapore has a Niche, like they are specializing in Engineering role. I don’t see that from their website. This is just my personal point of view based on my personal experienced. If GRC wanted to step up their game, THEY NEED TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES WHEN YOU TRY TO CLAIM THE REFUND. BROKEN PROMISES is just a fancy way of saying I AM LYING! Your foreigner clients will understand if you cannot land them a job. But lying is really UNACCEPTABLE. If you give a date, commit to that date, otherwise you will always see reviews like this, regardless if you’ll ask them to delete their negative reviews after you process the refund!

I have sent emails to your stated email address but no one is responding. I have paid 500.00 on May 03, 2019 but I found a job after a month thru online application. Janet has agreed to refund my money on August 05 but until now no refund has been made. Please respond to my email. My bank account number was also indicated on that email. Thank you.

Don’t go to this AGENCY! They’re SCAMMERS! They cheat people! I have a terrible experience with this agency, don’t ever go to this agency or else you will regret! They will asks you to pay $500 to market your CV & they will tell you that you can get the money back once they cannot find a job for you. So, I gave them $500 (July) until now they haven’t give me back the money they will kept on delaying the refund & if you called them no one answer, I go to there office to ask why they kept on delaying my refund Janet say “they’re facing financial problems” & she promise me again that she will transfer the $500 this Dec. Please stop doing this to us GRC!

I have very bad experience with GRC. They asked to pay $500 to them so that they will find a job within 3 months. The deal was if the they couldn’t find a job within 3 months after 3 months the money will be returned. Am calling the office since 2 weeks the girl in the reception is giving excuses about Janet every time i call. Some days she is on MC some day she is on leave. I call everyday after 2.30 that is the given time for janet to arrive. It’s not silly amount they are asking. $500 is huge, and they don’t refund also. They are tricking people by there excuses . Like they provide proper receipt also for the money paid to make us believe they are professionals . But they don’t do so. Am still struggling to get my $500 back from them.

I was trying to get a refund for my friend Elsie since last Sept. Initially given 7th Oct to get refund. I agreed on that day to return the original receipt, she gave me an acknowledgment letter that she will transfer the refund on 21 Oct which she didnt. Called the next day, she asked for my account number again to check. Called again the next day that she will transfer 30th Oct but she didn't do it again. Please transfer the refund as per agreement. I've wasted time to keep calling you and you will just set another schedule but then in the end you don't do it. It's so easy to do a funds transfer and don't need weeks to do it! 1 Nov 2019 - She called to reschedule the refund om 6 Nov 2019. And on 6 Nov 2019 guess what? Didn't do again! 7 Nov 2019 - Called her, she said she will check and will transfer tomorrow or Monday. I asked if she didn't transfer tomorrow then what? She said that I can collect at their office? Should I waste time to go to your office again wherein simple funds transfer you cannot do it! You should have given the refund when I return the receipt to you last 7 October. What kind of agency are you? You set your own refund schedule but you don't follow your schedule. So Lousy 11 Nov 2019 - You still haven't transferred the refund and you are not answering my call from Friday till today. I also dropped you an email. Please transfer the refund!

My nephew didn't get any interview at all, until he go back home.He paid $500 for market CV on 28th May 2019.I was trying to get a refund for my nephew. Initially given 6th Nov to get refund.She called to reschedule the refund on 20 Nov 2019. I went to their office but didn't get. I agreed on that day to return the original receipt, she gave me an acknowledgment letter that she will transfer the refund on 25 Nov but she didn't transfer until now . Please transfer the refund as per agreement.

>Update: They have sent back the refund yesterday 15 October I'm refunding the 500 we've given them last 30 May as my brother didnt get his job. Nor received any update with regards on his application for the last 3 months. I've been trying to call their agency as my brother dealt with Janet. But everytime i tried to reach them they say that Janet is not in their office to talk. I've been trying to reach them to get the $500 refund since last week of August and until now no response from GRC side. Please be responsible on this as you agreed that after 90 days without positive response you'll refund the money.
