★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this afternoon to order some wood varnish. My order would have been around SGD1000. This is the conversation I had with the sales rep (SR) I was passed to by the receptionist:
SR: Hello
ME: Hi, am I speaking to a sales rep?
SR: Yes
ME: Great, Im interested in some varnish and wax- what's your name?
SR: You dont ask my name, who is this?
ME: Pardon me?
SR: Im busy (hangs up)
Obviously not getting my business. Rude, unprofessional and no interest in sales or customer service.
I dont know how companies like this stay in business at all. Dont waste your time calling.
