★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had order my test strip on 2 Dec and was serve by a sale call Cheryl and she had promised to send the strips the following day as I had told her I am out of strips .And who knows that she had pack the goods on the 2nd and she will call the ninjavan to collect ,and who know that she did not even border to contact delivery to pick up and let my strips sit in her office for almost 7 days .She didn't follow up and yet go for leave ,and no proper handover Until yesterday 7 I call then her colleagues manage to get it delivered.but unfortunately the delivery guys didn't send it .
This is a bad experience , Cheryl don had the responsibility of urgent.
