★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude sales man (Ng Peng Hwa). Wanted to cancel order 1 day before delivery, received very nasty response of no cancellation. Even if can’t cancel, in service line, he should respond in polite way to explain why can’t cancel order. Such behavior totally unacceptable!

Early this year, they send me a batch of their product with a modified design. I am humbled by their effort in listening to their customers and taking prompt action. They have won a loyal customer here. Good design btw! :)
