I would like to feedback my disappointment with the way how you guys operate. This is not the first time and I’m writing this based on two encounters. 1. YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER’S TIME - 1. The first occasion was when the time and date agreed to service my air-conditioning that I also bought from Goh Sing Huat (GSH) and installed by them. GSH stood me up on the actual morning itself saying that one of their guys is sick and unable to handle the servicing. My mum actually took leave from work to wait for the aircon service crew to come and ended up wasting a day of leave and accomplished nothing. (I bought an annual service package FYI) 2. The second occasion. I decided to buy another annual service package for my own house and due to my busy schedule, I only can make it during the weekends. Date and time has been fixed prior a few days ago by your operations team. There was no acknowledgement and I even had to remind them exactly what time tomorrow morning they would be coming??? The next reply I got was it has to be after 1pm. In this case, what’s the point of setting an appointment when you are not going to respect the time that was agreed upon? GSH service representative called me and explained that they couldn’t come due to a screw up in the installation job in the morning and they had to rectify it. I would like to ask, why did you schedule my services and an installation job in the same morning? - I told your service staff that I will not be buying the annual service package and you just lost a customer. Again, I myself ended up wasting an entire morning waiting for nothing and accomplished nothing. My time could had spent on something productive. GSH, you need to improve your process, operations and protocols. GSH has been a trusted brand for our family since a long time ago when you had the shop in Holland Village, my grandfather, mother supported your business because of good relationship. It is unfortunate that I am beginning to lose trust in you guys.

I had the most regretful experiences with them some time back. I am a tenant of a unit of which the aircon servicing package was held with them. There were 3 occasions where maintenance servicing was requested where nobody showed up and without informing. Calls to inquire gave answers such as "Serviceman is held back by previous job and will not be able to come today", "Oh we are not aware what happened, can we arrange again?" or simply no follow up replies. One of the aircon units was faulty and they claimed that they were unable to repair because "model too old" and offered a quote for a new aircon system. Landlord requested for a 2nd diagnosis from another company and discovered that the aircon piping was cut off, parts were missing from the unit and hence they were unable to proceed with testing and analysis. Calls were made to the company and no proper answers were given until they were confronted with the fact that the pipes were cut off by their technicians then all they did was to get the technician to return and fixed the pipes back; all the while pressuring us to get the aircon system changed (it's not my call since I am only a tenant) So finally the 2nd co managed to resolve the issue with the faulty unit but left a cautionary note that the aircon will be costly to repair due to the unavailability of spare parts since it's an old model (see how tactful they are?). We switched our aircon maintenance package since this issue and gave up whatever outstanding services we had with Goh Sin Huat right after this experience. The aircon lasted for a further 1 year before it finally gave way. This is by far the worst experience and I simply do not appreciate the fact that they would just cut off the pipes just to make us purchase a new aircon system from them! Their irresponsibility costed me a lot of wasted time and potentially money if I had been made to compensate the landlord for the damage they did to the aircon unit. I am now under the permanent impression that they are unprofessional, irresponsible, unscrupulous and are very lacking in protocols and would NOT recommend anyone to contract their services.

I ordered a Milea 9kg washing machine over Lazada 2 week ago during the 9920 sale. The sales man told me that the price did not include disposal of old washing machine n I have to add $20 the next day. I agreed as I did not read the advertisement carefully. Then he told me that the new stock wld only come after 21 Sept. He suggested the 8kg machine advertised instead and said they can help dispose the old one FOC. I agreed. The machine came 4 days later and the men were very kind and help to install properly. I trusted the company as I have bought a fridge from there shop more than 15 yrs ago and it's still working quite well except water is leaking from freezer dw at time.

Terrible service! had been getting the distilled water from them for some years. Recently, the bottles are so filthy and the water taste like tap water! So i've. decided to stop getting from them and asked for my refund but they say i have to return them all the bottles and produce the doc proof first before telling me the amount to refund. Qn: dont you keep a copy of doc for deposit collected and i sure the deposit is standard amount. so why cant you just tell us the amount owe to us? Why make it so difficult to refund the amount??

Just got my new Mitsubishi installed by Rajah and Tan. They did such an excellent job and would certainly recommend to everyone. Thanks once again bro.

The air conditioner at home is broken! I found this reputable company on the Internet. The person in charge, Kelvin, was very patient to explain to me the selection and arrangement of air-conditioning. The service attitude of the installation workers is first-rate, and the aftermath work is also handled very cleanly. The combination of Ah Wu and Hua Qing is very good, and I am very grateful to them for letting me finally get a good night’s sleep # 530539

Ordered a system 2 Mitsubishi Electric aircon for replacement. Price was very competitive including installation and removal of old system with ceiling board cutting out and patching back.The two Chinese technicians were very careful, detailed and tidy clean. Will deal with the company for other appliances in the future. Very satisfied with the purchase. Thumb up for the two workers as well.
