★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiny office tower next to Newton station (exit on Scotts Road) and linked by covered walkway so you won't get wet even if it's raining.
Sandwich Bar on the ground floor serving hot & cold drinks and light snacks. For something more substantial you may want to cross over to Newton Food Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessible place with the red and blue line and bus stop near the building. Security guard at entrance is friendly and always smiles (not all of them, some only I guess? I'll find out and get back another time when I know more). Place is clean and lift comes quickly as there's 6 of them so yay, less waiting time with sulky morning faces :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent, irregular entry checks at lobby manned by an ultra arrogant security guard that is aggressive and sarcastic when asking about entry requirements without provocation. Make sure you do not owe this man money or slept with his wife because if he talks disrespectfully to a random polite visitor, imagine what he would be like if he knew you personally. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have my office in this building, and it's super-convenient to reach here by public transport. Also, there are multiple food options available nearby at Newton food court, NEA food court, Far East Plaza, Orchard etc.
