This type of attendant wherein they can shout to clients should not be admitted to man the entrance and exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice industrial office building at Pasir Panjang. Simple and uncluttered office lobby and regular shaped office spaces. Hourly parking for visitors is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium-rise office building with open-air carpark. There is a pleasant artificial-grass garden in the central courtyard with a man-made waterfall. Took away 1 star because it is dangerous for pedestrians to cross the carpark exit at the main gate, due to blind spot along the pavement outside. Perhaps the building management can look into this before accidents happen.
