★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. My wife ring got stuck. Call and a very polite gentleman promptly replied they can help. Without no issues the ring was cut and problem solved. Can't remember his name (sorry) but a pleasant lady, Farhana was with him. An elderly Chinese salesman even give some balm for the slight sore. Thank you Golden Chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to had a personalized name gold necklace done for niece and they were willing to accept with a 2month wait. Not bad. Standard safe entry requirements, no need to scan temp to enter here. Staff were patient but i had better service given elsewhere. But here, they give a 30% voucher after the purchase at first lady which is very nice. Low prices there. Nice designs. Transparent pricing, they accept exchanges. Will go again.
Update: instead of the 2 month wait, they actually called me last week to pick up the necklace. Very nicely done. Not too thick and expertly done. In the end, i waited a month. Very surprised and pleased.
