β β β β β Terrible experience in the bus from port Dickson to Singapore. Left port Dickson at 3.45pm but the bus kept stopping apparently to fix something. We were then told that we will be stopping every 30km or so to manually lift some oil pump. Each stop would only take 10 minutes. But right now, it has been 1 hour since we stopped and no word what action should be taken. They spent all this time failing to start the bus, and only now decided to ask passing buses for help. Now we are just waiting for any bus to come and ask for help, there are no plans to bring a bus here nor have any idea when the next bus will arrive.

β β β β β We have purchased an online ticket for transportation from Singapore to KL Airport Klia via easy book. Check-in date was 24/10/2019 11:59. Our experience with your drivers has been extremely poor. Unkind drivers, they speak poor English and the service is disastrous. What bothered us most was when crossing the Malaysian border, the bus driver dropped our luggage on the road and left it in the same spot during the crossing. We were scared that our luggage was lost, but the driver didn't care at all.
Instead of taking us directly to the Airport, we made the first stop in Kuala Lumpur in the center, which is totally impossible. Why disembark and wait at dawn early for one hour. The driver drove us like potatoes and not people.
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone !!!

β β β β β Have been taking Golden Coach for the past few years, didn't really have any issue till yesterday. Golden Coach JRR 7002 heading to Singapore from Malaysia left Singapore Custom without me on board, I went to text the POC but was ignored right after she learned that they have made a mistake for the accountability of their passengers. Hanging around at Singapore custom hoping she would give me a solution but to no avail she still decide not to bother.
Surprised with how the situation was handled, not even a simplest apology or a compensation having to spend extra money out from my own pocket just to get home.
I have attached a picture of my conversation with the POC in this review.
I hope the company would look into this issue and further improve the service.

β β β β β This is a bus service from Singapore, claiming to be the only ones with a service to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
There are many services to KL city, but none other offers KLIA service.
Now, if going from Singapore, KLIA is way before the actual city of KL, on the left. This, it seems an attractive option to go to the KL airport directly, from where there are often cheap flight options to international or Malaysia destinations.
But in reality, the bus doesn't go to KLIA at all. It goes to KL city directly (deep in the centre, not outskirts), and then one is dropped on the roadside at a place called Puduraya. An extremely rude person (who seems to think he is one of the Clint Eastwood movie characters) jerks his thumb backwards asking you to wait for 15 mins.
So all the luggage has to be taken down from the original bus, and one waits in a deserted part of town (at least was deserted at 5am) with this specimen of humanity. Can be quite disconcerting for a single woman in that scenario.
And then, a far less luxurious bus eventually rolls along (if you are lucky, else you get a mini van with hardly any luggage space) which far higher seat density. And that shuttle bus takes you back along the same direction you came, to KLIA.
The mandatory getting off the bus twice (once and Singapore checkpoint and next with all luggage at Malaysia checkpoint), and then surprise twist, makes the whole journey unpleasant and not worth it. And the whole journey takes 6 hours, whereas it could easily be 4 hours.
Unfortunate. And not recommended.

β β β β β The bus itself is alright, the seats are spacious and pretty comfortable.
What I have a problem with is the advertised "direct" route to the resort (AVANI Sepang Gold Coast) we were staying in. They will drop you off roughly an hour before the destination and let a local chartered taxi kind of service take over from there, and make sure to buckle up and be mentally prepared to be squeezed inside with other travellers. The trip was supposed to take 3-4 hours, as written on our booking ticket, but it took over 6 hours even with light to moderate traffic, with most of it spent on expressways.
Also, good luck if you need some fresh air and/or need to relief your car-sickness, due to the bounciness of the bus, at one of the stopping points (not rest stops). The driver will warn you that that they will not wait for you because they have "more places to be".
In short, save yourself the time and effort to haul yourself in the early mornings to Concord Shopping Mall, and fly with AirAsia, Scoot or your favourite airline direct to KLIA, and then go from there to your intended destination. In short, just never book with this company unless you absolutely have to.

β β β β β Very spacious and comfortable seat, transferred to a van from Bidor and drop off at Teluk Intan. Accidentally dropped my wallet in the van and call back to the company, staff very helpful to get the contact from the driver and retrieve back, big thumb up to the high integrity driver.

β β β β β 2 stars for the spacious and comfy bus, and the quick check-in for our bus tickets. The remaining stars not given bcos my bf and I did not manage to get to our destination.
We bought bus tickets for SG to Ipoh, Medan Gopeng (17/6/22, JRW 8588). But the moment we realized that bus wasnt driving towards Ipoh as planned, we asked the driver if we were still heading to Medan Gopeng. The driver told us no, and based on his chart given by the company, we were going to GOPENG (Gopeng and Medan Gopeng are 2 different locations). He even implied that it's our fault that we overslept (we woke up the moment we were in Tapah) and did not inform him earlier. We alighted at the next bus stop, spent another RM45 to grabcar to our destination. Terrible planning between management and driver, and still tried to blame customer.
By the way, 8hrs+ bus ride include multiple stops along the way to drop off passengers. Very time consuming.
