Worst service ever. So rude. And the rates don't tally at all. Told him I wanna change 20k USD. He thought I was kidding, told me no stock straight away hang up.

Rarely checked on Google reviews. Really should have read some of the reviews. Didn't expect such business to still exist so openly, thinking that they can profit from lack of integrity. Don't bother going out of the way to do money exchange here. Be prepared to lose about 5%. They will attempt to SHORTCHANGE. Ripping off on people's trust. Blatantly dishonest. Borderline scamming.

Should have read all the other reviews before going down. Like all the other reviews have said, stupid shop advertising good rates for AUD on cashchanger.co but refused to honour rates when I went there. Gave stupid excuses that the rates is not updated and they are losing money. The authorities should do something about fake advertising like this shop.

Dishonest money changer what they put online 11mins ago and live enquiry is different. I should have read the other reviews before coming down.

9th Feb 2022 Wed afternoon All I can say this is a VERY dishonest money changer, kindly DO NOT exchange money with them. I have multiple currencies to change and therefore was checking on cashchanger.co Travelled all the way to Golden Horse Prize at City Plaza and passed them my all foreign currencies, which I double checked on their rate display board. The staff "seems" friendly to count all my currencies, and eventually changed all my currencies to SGD. Base on trust, took money and left, but was finding something amiss The rate on both cashchanger.co and their RMB rate display suppose to be 0.209, I went back to double check with them. They wanted to tell me the price was volatile initially BUT they know they yet to change the rate in both cashchanger.co and "Rate display board" So he came up with VERY LAME excuse due to my RMB note were all old notes and have to go through agent to dispose my note, which all my note were well kept maintain in ziplock bag always. There is a differences of SGD $100 odd plus. DO NOT EVER patronise this place ever again!!

I checked online, it was one of the best rate. Luckily I checked the review before heading down. Not planned to go there anymore.

Rates they put on cashchanger are fake. Pls beware. Their excuse is always out of stock. Yet they have the cheek to say they are in business for 30 over years. Dishonest money changer.
