โ โ โ โ โ Seem like this workshop always overcharged customers.
I was there 2 over months ago for my car servicing. The staff by the name of Teo told me the car servicing cost 100+ but declined to say exactly how much by saying depending on the type of oil u want...blah blah blah (NOT EVEN AN ESTIMATE)...U can try it yourself, they will not give u a estimate costing whatever u asked them. They will just say 100+ so it means they can charge u up to 199 cos it's also 100+. After 10 mins of conversation with Teo, I decided to leave sensing that they were not honest. Luckily I did the right thing, cos when I checked the review in google and Sgmart, there were similar complaint on overcharging.
I wrote this review in hope that other car owner will not fall prey to this kind of unscrupulous workshop... In addition, when I left without giving them the business, Teo behaved very hostile... Better "siah" this hooligan workshop ...

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unpleasant experience with this workshop, charged me exorbitant price for my puncture tire $50 (although we agreed on $30) but after repaired, he claimed this and that and as I did not want to argue with him (an old short man) I decided to give in cos I was rushing to pick up my children.
Besides overcharging me, they also changed ALL my tires cap from a Stainless Steel to a plastic type. That's NOT ALL, ONE MISSING bolt nut on my Wheel after they repaired my tire. Lucky, I discovered the missing bolt nut the next day and went back to them. However, the owner without any apology spoke to me VERY AGGRESSIVELY.
VERY DISHONEST car workshop, appeared to be friendly and honest initially and became hostile after work was done. Avoid at ALL COST.

โ โ โ โ โ Charged me $30 and started answering arrogantly when I asked why so expensive. Said rental and inflation. Realized nlthey only put back four of the five wheel lugs back and couldn't find the same one when I discovered the next day and went back to the shop. I'm now at Arrow Tyre on a Sunday and they told me they only charged $10 to repair the tyre

โ โ โ โ โ UTTERLY POOR Business ethics, ran into a nail, had to go nearby to get it fixed as the tyre was deflating. It was a sunday and no nearby stores were open. The boss knew we had no choice but to get it fixed . He charged $40! To repair a puncture tyre that took him 5 mins.
