★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do be alert when making payment here. I have been here multiple times for eyebrow threading, and every time the young lady cashier short changed me. At first I thought it was a mistake, but it has happened far too many times for it to not be deliberate.

I am always very impressed from Preetie for her excellent service. She is very patient in understanding my needs, communicating ideas and things to note, and just all round attentive service :)
This time , I came here for my soft rebounding Which was done by Dyna. ( Sorry if i spelled her name wrongly) She was highly professional, careful and dedicated to ensure that the best outcome is achieved. I am very satisfied with the final look and would highlyrecommend her to others for sure ! Thanks Preetie and Dyna Cheers And keep up tue Good work ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worse threading experience here. The lady who attended to me was rough and despite telling her to keep it thick and her repeating it, she threaded my brows way too thinly. When I told her about it, she simply smiled at me saying it's thick. Will never come back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here and I had a traumatic experience. Went for full arm waxing and I was left with a burn and bruise on my right arm. To exacerbate the situation, when I asked the staff about the burn, they brushed it off nonchalantly saying it was a normal effect of waxing and offered me a $1.50 discount. I’ve gone full arm waxing in many salons but I’ve never left the place with my arm bruised and burnt. 0/10 would not recommend.

She told me I had blackheads on my nose & the importance of removing it. She was concerned & not pushy. I loved her genuone ile & authentic service. Well done Ms M.
