I came across Goodhill Enterprise while looking for a replacement toilet door. Kin Wei answered my call and promptly recommended a water resistant COBO laminated door. The whole process from answering my enquiry to getting the door customised and installed was efficiently carried out in one week. We are pleased with the quality of the door.

Decided on Goodhill Doors for the supply and install of our solid timber (fire rated) main door + wrought iron gate, after visiting almost all door suppliers in Singapore. Fantastic choice. Kin Wei provided excellent sales support and maintained constant communication throughout. We custom designed our wrought iron main gate up to specific parts and colors, and while most gate suppliers told us it wasn't doable, Kin Wei was able to ensure a 100% match with what we had in mind. He coordinated with many parties and provided photo updates during the fabrication process, which ensured everything went smoothly. Their solid timber, fire-rated door is also way better than what we have seen elsewhere (thickness and quality), and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the final results. Ironmongery is all fire-rated and everything was seriously installed by their professionals. The label sticker with relevant authorities was also arranged promptly after main door installation. Sales staff Jenny was also friendly and efficient in coordination and follow-up, while Kin Wei was on leave. As most of their customers are referred to them via word-of-mouth, many Singaporeans are unaware of this solid company and end up getting lulled into expensive packages and ugly designs, wasting what could have been a good first impression of their homes. For a fuss free and proper door + gate experience, go for Goodhill Doors and look for Kin Wei.

Goodhill has the ability to supply and install pretty glass insert bespoke doors. I was attended to by a gentleman named Mr Robert. For you to obtain the best customer service experience as I have, please bring along the following printouts when you first visit their showroom : (1) a dimensionally approximate visual mock up of your ideal door design with your ideal iron mongery options, door direction ( left/right/handle type) (2) photos of your existing site condition showing the area around the 4 corners of the door and frame .. and some advice for them on lift type (so door can fit) and lorry parking location and distance to lift This will allow Goodhill to provide you accurate price estimate….. before u add in their special stuff ? On site, you can try out and opt for (1) mortised drop seal with door frame acoustic seal (2) mortised or face fit manual door closer … in addition to choose your door type, door colour They installed both my frame and door on the second visit ( prompt morning start, done by lunch ). After I accepted their price estimate, the first visit was a 1 hour on site measurement visit to generate their own mock up corroborated against my mock up. As they have ready stock and in house installers, lead time from price estimate till site installation was just under 2 weeks ( possibly faster assuming you have all your desired iron mongery ready if you do not wish to choose their supplied options ) I took care to speak with Mr Robert patiently and clearly, and his attentive replies was both candidly relevant and technically illuminating. A wonderful experience from a home grown local company ! Keep up the good work !
