★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to be in the office (not at this location) giving emotional support to a friend who worked there and experiencing immersed level of stress. Not a conducive work environment. The management practices micro management down to the smallest detail while not having clear direction. The only way forward to be successful is for the management to respect the employees as contributors. Without mutual trust, nothing get done. Being focus and have the right priority is equally as important. There's only so much resources available, aiming for everything will spread it too thin to reach any level of impact.

The company's mission is also impressive, as they have put a lot of effort into making it a sustainable business. A one-stop shop for high-quality products from companies that adhere to SDSG standards. I purchased some items and my favorite was magrada birch sap soap.
