WeMaintain APAC wasn’t even looking for a flex-space broker— and yet, we couldn’t have been luckier than to connect with Ben Eckblad. Ben and his team quickly navigated us through the myriad offerings of coworking / flex-space providers in Singapore to find a beautiful space that— through their help negotiating— was at least 30% more cost effective than what I could negotiate myself as a first-time coworking tenant.
Above all, GorillaSpace’s knowledge of local tenancy contracts saved us from two major “gotchas” that would have hurt our P&L *after leaving the space.* They’ve been an incredible partner and value-driver for us, and my advice for any startup entering or setting up in Singapore or the region would be to get in touch with GorillaSpace first thing.
