★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my order after making me wait 45 minutes with no reason whatsoever. Checked with customer service and they won’t be able to do anything about it because they can only handle simple cases but still want to look like they can resolve situations that require follow up. Thankfully 99% of the grabfood orders I’ve made are good so I don’t have to deal with grab customer service.

Place is kinda small.
Bettr Barista is here to serve you quality coffee while waiting for food.
Oh... Enter via main lift lobby, go level 2, turn left, then self pick up area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service quality. Estimated delivery is 40 minutes but ended up waiting 2 hours. To be clear, it’s not the rider fault but simply the restaurant problem. Would not recommend anyone to order from here.
