★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up with swollen eyelids after doing extensions here yesterday. They should clean the eyelid with lash foam, not just rub the lash line with a q tip - it is not clean enough. Now I am stuck with an eyelid infection. They sell eyelash foam cleansers for gods sake, use it for your customers instead of cutting corners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten a lot of lash lifts in SG but have been happiest with the results from my lash lifts at Graceous. Nao is so meticulous and my eyelashes turn out beautifully curled with no crooked lashes. The experience is very comfortable so I always fall asleep (sorry Nao ?). The lift lasts about 6 weeks for me. Couldn’t recommend Graceous more!

Such is the quality and service of gracious. Simply fantastic and have never look back since then. ❤️ Highly recommended!

Products used do not sting my eyes and my regular technician Nao has gentle hands and my extensions look very natural. The extensions last 4 weeks for me with good care. I have not had problems with my natural lashes as well. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive staff run by Japanese. Very polite and detailed analysing your lashes and giving recommendation on what suits you, taking into consideration the kind of look you'll want. Very clean salon. It's $100 for normal lash of 40 sets, first timers get 20% disc. Touch up within 3 wks costs $80. Toilet is downstairs, no lift hence not wheelchair accessible.
