Great place for weddings, dinners, rooms are pretty decent and spacious, try and ask for riverview or Bayview, the views are great!

The room are very clean, great view from the room, best customer service. Recommended to anyone who are searching hotel to stay

deserved NOT a single star but i got to do it to complete the feedback. worst than any of the hotel in Geylang. either the hotel SOP is not functionally or the hotel staff, Mr Anil is totally irresponsible, incompetent and plain lazy. On 30th May, Saturday at 10.20pm, there was no guest at the lobby when i delivered a goodies to a guest who was quarantine till 16th June. Requested him to check the system for confirmation but he cannot be bothered to check, arrogantly says he knows what to do. On 2nd June, I was asked by the sender who did i delivered to. it was then that i realized i send to the wrong Copthorne. i went to the hotel to retrieve the item at 9pm . Mr Nathan who was on duty, told me there is no such guest and they did not delivered to the room. upon request to retrieve the goodies, he than told me that they delivered to said room despite wrong name and room nos when earlier he says no such guest.and then blame that it already the 3rd day. within 20 mins. 3 different response. i gave Anil/Nathan till 12pm, (15hrs time) to revert on the issue. no response until this feedback on 4/6 at 12.30pm, thence i am giving them feedback . you decided the rating. so sad for Copthorne group to have staff like Mr Anil.

Had a private dining experience at the hotel recently to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. I could tell a lot of effort from the hotel team went behind planning the dinner. Great service, ambience, and food!

Better stay home than spend money at this hotel. They cant even the paint the walls properly. You said 5 stars hotel!?!

Worst experience ever ! Very very disappointing with the facilities provided! We booked the hotel for 3 days and they have given us the room with the broken bed and when asked to change our room , the receptionist have talked to us very rudely ! The manager was also there , he completely ignored every thing
