Had a wonderful experience here earlier and the staffs were really patient to recommend us the wine that suit us pretty well. Ambiance is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to chill.

Terrible experience with the store. Had wines to collect but no replies after calling/texting the official number stated. Tried my luck and not to my surprise, they were closed. Would-be patrons/customers, this place does not adhere to the opening hours stated on all their pages e.g Google, Facebook, on their own website, and even the store front. P.S. They are tenants of the well established Fullerton Hotel whose staff had been very helpful in trying to ascertain the comings and goings of the elusive Grand Cru Wine Concierge.

Attended the Wine Sensory Experience workshop and took the premium package. It was held in a private room; good ambience and nice setting. The sommelier Yang was very interactive and explained the details of each wine patiently to my friends and I. Really enjoyed the session and it was really really good!!

Super bad experience with the staff. Had a grabmart order from this store and arrived at the store, staff wasn't in the store! Waited for 10 minutes with my car idling at the driveway, neighbour store staff said she was in the washroom brushing her teeth. After coming out, as I informed her about this order, she told me there wasn't any order. Entering the store, I realised the machine wasn't even switched on, staff took my phone to write down the order and I told her to just take a picture of it instead to prepare the item. She refused and insist that she need to write down the details. Thereafter I said that she can write it later as she had taken the picture of it, she was unhappy and asked for my name which cause me to be so upset and just cancelled the order. If you staff is unprofessional about her work as she wasn't in the store, not even sorry even when I had been waiting and calling the store number for 5 to 6 times. I would strongly recommend people not to go to this store EVER. She is not familiar with her work, not even respecting other's time, even said that when she enter the store its like this. Why get a grab machine when you are not keen in doing the business? I'm a boss of my own using the app to assist as a delivery and not a worker. Hope you guys should do something instead!
