Good Service from Adam. Although we are looking into getting renovation quotes for our new home before we can confirm, he was very helpful and obliging in providing us good advice. Very patient. Staff there were also very friendly.

Really pleased with GSID! Adam & his team did an excellent job of designing & installing book shelves & cabinets in our living room & bedroom. Adam was always quick to respond on WhatApp, listened to what we wanted & gave helpful suggestions to improve upon our ideas. His team always turned up on time & completed installation within our deadline.

Went to this store and asked for quotation about for our house renovation. Discussed our plans, floor plan etc with this guy, Adam Ngee and he told us that he would be able to give us the quotation in 1 or 2 days. He didn't provide the quotation as promised even after weeks. After a week, have called him 2 times and he said he will be able to provide the quotation on the night itself. But he didnt deliver as promised again. Its been almost a month, whatsapp him for a reply on the quotation but he did not respond too. Am thinking it must be because our reno plans isn't a very lucrative project for him so he can't be bothered to entertain us. Should just tell us upfront that he is not interested in doing our business instead of giving us the expectation and then being disappointed thereafter. Please think twice about engaging this ID for reno as they can just leave you hanging after setting the expectation for you. This unprofessional ID would most probably try to maximise their profits and give you the inferior quality reno while you thought you are paying for what you had expected from them.

These guys are atrocious and do illegal work, site supervisor Shawn Tan with contact number 8323 1919 allowed drilling works to go on 9th June, despite their renovation notice clearly stating works till 9th June, AND demolition works only till 11 May, terrible work ethics, have already reported this to the police as well. If you want work to be done on time and within the promised time frame, please do not look for them!
