β β β β β The office is not obvious to find. Need to take a lift up from the lobby which is next to the DBS ATM machines. 8th floor. Walk along the industrial driveway and eventually you get to the signboard. There is no shop front. Just ring the doorbell for access.

β β β β β Recently ordered a reasonable quantity of wines from them. But later realised on their website that I was also entitled gifts for my purchases for βEVERYβ $250 spent, of which I wasnβt given. As my purchase was made within some friends, I had to now approach this company for the gifts we are entitled. After explaining to their staff and referring them to their advertisement on their website, not only was I refused of the gifts, but, the person had immediately changed the wordings on their advertisement to now read as β purchases ABOVE $250β. How unprofessional and disgusting of this company. Naturally, I decided to cancel all my subsequent purchases with them. Not even comfortable now, if their wines are stored and handled properly, after this disappointing and surprising experience by them. I have been a loyal customer for a while, but definitely moving on to other merchants from here !
