Lovely, bright & cosy space with a well curated selection of both mandarin and english books with gorgeous illustrations , for adults and children too! Sadly the previous cafe has closed dwn, but a new one will take its place soon.

Have always wanted to visit this bookstore, and I was pleasantly surprised by the existence of the cafe inside the bookstore. Surrounded by heart-warming scent of books, soft and gentle jazz music, and the little sound of people whispering, I could totally spend the whole day sitting down here, reading books, enjoy a cuppa and let time passes without knowing.

Beautiful, bright and cosy place with cafe inside the book store..love the ambient and the staff is very friendly.. the book store focuses in chinese books but there are english book selections as well. I was looking at the artworks (postcards, files etc) of Ah Guo, he is a local illustrator. The staff approached me telling me that Ah Guo was having a meeting at the cafe area.. Delighted to buy some of his artworks and got his signature.. Overall, a great experience here..

Very zen bookstore/cafe combo. The drinks are reasonably priced and tasty. Would recommend this for a relaxed afternoon tea/coffee if you want a bit of peace and quiet

One of few independent bookshops that survived the pandemic. Most of their books are in Mandarin but they have some English books collection as well especially from Singaporean authors. They have cafe inside the bookshop, good to sit down and read as well as escape from the hot temperature outside.

Does as promised on the label, bookstore with predominantly Chinese books, and a small English section. Quaint little cafe in the back, serving tea, coffee and assorted pastries. Had two iced teas, ~ $6.50 each, and two scones for $7. Drinks were rather average, which was expected. Scones were fragrant but a little dry on the inside. Good for bookstore dates if ya'll enjoy Mandarin.

Also called Leeter Tunku Kopitiam, there is a cafe tucked at the back of this bookstore. This quaint and serene cafe is the perfect place to sip on a cup of afternoon tea or coffee ? β˜•οΈ ? Was firstly shocked and uncomfortable at how quiet the store was when we entered, but was quickly acclimatised to the environment when it started feeling cosy upon entering the cafe space. ??‍? the service was impeccable, was explained the different types of tea, scones and waffles when we asked which was a better choice. Subsequently, she followed up with a constant refill of our teapot so that we get to enjoy the tea that still smells and tastes as great after refills. ? β˜•οΈ the drinks were great, no complaints at all - type of tea changes according to the season, so it’s best to ask for recommendation upon ordering ? the scones were really flavourful as well, both the original and mixed herb with cheese were well flavoured, good on its own and even better with the cream and butter provided ? Will definitely return if in the area and looking for a good cuppa drink to chill!
