★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 说实话第一印象有点不好 销售会给你一直推荐产品可能我个人不习惯这样的消费方式 买了他们家很火的renewing set 更新皮肤系列 和身体的海盐磨砂 刚开始感觉被忽悠刚开始用没什么特别 用了一段时间真的感觉皮肤有改善到黑头和痘痘都有改善很多 皮肤也变得细腻了 希望继续保持吧 用起来真的有点肉疼不过为了这张脸值得了

 I really like their products, especially the Lifting set and body scrub, the staff is very friendly, the after-sales service is also very good, I have experienced their facial trt facial stylist is very professional, my skin is so much better after trt! very recommended

Wow, very special Facial experience, salt room environment is very special and very comfortable. The lifting effect is really noticeable. The product feels very fresh. Especially the Lifting Mask, I will recommend my girlfriends to buy it together :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales from vivocity just dragged me into the store and started using lots of products on me and hardselling despite me telling her that I am in a rush to catch a flight in 2hours. When I told her I had to go , she didnt believed in me and was like "where's your luggage?".
I had to randomly buy something for her to let me go. I dont even use this brand's product and theres no branch in Malaysia. It costed me RM650 just to get out of the store and I missed my flight.

Drag you in, then will handover to another staff,
And will keep Hardsell you about the products.
After used for 2months, my skin still not getting better.
Never ever patrol to this shop at vivo again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fall for the sweet talks of employees over here..it's a total rip off.. they force customer to buy thier products which is not even that good and so damn expensive, they cost way more than products from well known brand like Estee lauder, Clinique etc . They may call you to offer free service such as free face spa which feels like a total scam as they will start forcing you to take up spa package at end of it and keep pestering you to buy more products. Never coming back to thier store again !
