★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to GE @PLQ3 to enquire about my policy payment. Was served by CSO Cheryl Tye(or Tey) who was nice, patient and polite. The office is spacious and nice too. Worth the trip there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a GE policy with financing through OCBC. When I wanted to terminate the policy I was told that I cannot terminate the policy because I have an outstanding loan with OCBC!! GE is aware of the outstanding loan and amount.
You are telling me I need to go to OCBC to terminate my GE insurance policy.
I don’t manage GE or OCBC.
What’s a mess.
