BEWARE! It's a scam, DO NOT buy "stainless steel pot" from them. Heard from company beside it saying that they sell joss paper but my mother got scammed into buying a "stainless steel pot" with metal that hospital uses and that they supply to hotels. My mother was influenced by the seller, who came to our house, saying that there's life time warranty and will last very long. We engaged with CASE and sent a letter to cancel our order, if our deposit isn't returned to us, we will sue them. FYI, deposit is $498, that pot costs a total of $998. Company doesn't operate daily.
