★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The younger Dr Tay is very attentive, patient, and clear in his explanation. He is also good in his follow-up - he remembers his patients and responds quickly whenever we call in or send in a message.
Dr Tay is fluent in English and able to explain concepts/diagnoses in Western medicine, that is not something you can find in most TCM physicians in Singapore. Most importantly, his medication / treatment works.
Expats or people who are not too “Asian” or who cannot converse in Mandarin should really consider consulting Dr Tay.

He is also friendly and patient that i felt very free to seek his advice and describe my condition. I also like that the instruction on the medicine package is very clear. The staff is friendly too. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly sprained both of my ankles and came here to seek treatment. The Dr recommended tuina, cupping and gave some herbal medications which helps to improve my swelling and pain alot. Therapist Zhang Wei ( sorry if spelt wrongly) is very good with her massage and all the receptionist is very polite and friendly too. Overall thank you for the pleasant experience and definitely will recommend this tcm clinic to others. ???

The medicine prescribed is in tablet/ liquid form so it is easy to take. Overall he is very kind and professional! Would recommend to anyone who want to go for TCM treatment / be pregnant!

After doing acupuncture & eat their medication for a few months, finally successful. The physician here really nice & very experience with all the knowledge.
