โ โ โ โ โ Greatearth did horrible work in our condo. 50% of total units experienced burst pipes and they did not want to be responsible. Countless defects and things started to fall and falling apart. They failed to provide amenities and this is tantamount to an act of cheating. A few condos are suing them now despite of their high conquas score awarded by BCA. We are calling out to all condominiums that are experiencing same problems now to come together and seek help from our government and debate this matter in parliament. There is no justice if owners have to spend sleepless nights and money to fight Greatearth and bad developer in Court. Greatearth and the bad developers should close down quickly and end their expansion to Malaysia, China and other countries. Otherwise, they will bring shame to Singapore. Greatearth does not deserve a star.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional company, currently main con at Gem Residences. Poor customer service, never bother to reply to client's smses regarding defects. Poor workmanship of the fixtures even though it's a newly launched condo, cheap quality and easily damaged. Disappointing. Not recommended.
