★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was not prompt, when the products got delivered, there was a shortage. When asked the staff, she agreed that it was their negligence but would not deliver the product (1 packet of soil), instead either make another $40 worth of order or settle for a refund.

Staff contacted me a day later. Apologized and promised to improve the service if we gave them another opportunity
So I did and seems okay.
Try to contact them directly. Don't order online.
Old : Received message with delivery date and time. On the day at the designated time, no delivery, no call, nothing. Tried calling all numbers, including the one that sent the message. No response. Waited 2 hours, then gave up. Disappointing. Will be waiting for some update, or will be asking for a refund.

Further, I had requested for some assistance and they happily obliged, assisting me promptly over WhatsApp with my request. Their website is also extremely user-friendly and I particularly like the features when using your personal account. Highly recommend for those in Singapore hoping to satisfy their gardening needs :) Keep up the great work!!
