Don't waste the time to call them. The lady who answered the call is totally impatient and with bad attitude!!! But you may call them if you just want to make a BLIND ORDER. Customer needs to know what product they are ordering before they make payment. Your website is lack of product description, and even bother to talk to customer. Especially at this special period, yes we are all searching for hand sanitizer. But you are not the only one who sell it!!! Don't call in if you are not ordering 100 bottles. otherwise they will hang up your call straight away!!! Thanks for hang up my call ! I found another supplier who sell quality product which provide detailed clinical test report. Good luck to your business

Contrary to the other reviews, my experience with Green Tropic has been nothing but pleasant. Although not the best at customer service, as a locally owned company, they are proudly supporting local economy by producing homegrown products formulated in their very own lab. The products I've encountered from them are of superior quality to what one would typically find in the market. Highly recommended.
