Really fresh fruits and vegetables. Delivery came in good packaging, none of my eggs were broken!!!! Lifesaver ?

Ordered vege for my mother and she says very fresh, mummy’s approval meant ok to buy for many rounds?

purchased a few times from this website, all smooth and good, until you want to cancel and be refunded. All nightmare and rude. Yesterday placed an order to be delivered today. but later wanted to cancel it. called their office this morning around 9.15 am, was told they would look into it and got an email response around 5.40 pm, the lady staff listed a few reasons that cant be cancelled. However, none of these reasons were placed on their website. Information on website is really misleading. It stated that cancellation and refund can be done if you call in. By the way lady staff was also very rude and pushy. your credit card information is stored on their website, each time you you make payment, there is no verification, no sms, no token, nothing at all, quite bad. worst thing is you cant delete your credit card info, you have to write in for them to do. a few months ago when i searched their Facebook page before deciding to buy from them, there are quite some favorite posts by their customers, but today no single post is shown, i tried to post something on their page, but failed to get through, seems recent posts are not very good.

Prompt delivery on 28Apr with all items well packed. Excellent & courteous service provided. Strongly recommended to shop at Greenies Singapore online. ???

They only have one delivery slot (i.e. 12noon to 10pm). I waited the whole afternoon and evening, and didn't receive their order as of 10pm. I called their contact number in the evening, no pick-up. Messages no reply. No phone call from their driver either as what they promised in the afternoon that they will do. When I was about to give up waiting and go to rest at night, the delivery arrived at 10:35pm. The two big boxes of vegetables were taped together and put outside our door while the delivery man didn't press our doorbell. Overall, the experience is terrible and I do not intend to use Greenies anymore.

Got my frozen products as well as vegetables yesterday all looking good. Will recommend.
