Previously I prefer Chinese tea. However, recently, having influenced by a friend, I decided to try English tea. Gryphon Chamomile tea was my first pick and after tasting it, I am "wow!" by it ! This tea is really fantastic! It smells and taste very nice and soothing. Now I look forward to try more of their other range of tea. ?

Have enjoyed several of their teas, both the selections available in supermarkets and some of their herbals/blends from their online store. High quality ingredients and well thought out blends. My favourites are Pearl of the Orient, Lily of the Field and Osmanthus Sencha!

Check out frequently yourself if you dont your package might get returned to sender. They are irresponsible when it comes to foreigner!!! They dont bother to call or email if your package has arrived!!! Dont bother to send overseas!!!!!

I hv been trying to purchase the cold brewed bottled tea but I could not get them at all. Please advise where can I purchase other than online orders. Thanks

Very humble and noteworthy local tea maker, truly long history and good quality tea leaves unlike some other new "local" brands using low quality tea leave and heavily infused with chemical perfume, and cheesy marketing gimmick.

Amazing tea company with great quality tea available at their own website. Delivery is timely and with prompt notification. Love their classic and innovative tea bags and their sparkling tea series (which is also often sold out) for those who want to grab a thirst quencher to wind down for the tea. Worst customer service ever. I usually order online for international shipping as I don't live in Singapore. I placed an order on January 13 before noon. To get orders the seller needs to know customer's tax ID. But when I placed an order I couldn't find any box that I can fill my tax ID. A day later, I got an email from support staff asking for my tax ID, and I answered within an hour. I waited for my order but until February 3rd as the shipping method I chose takes up to 2 weeks. But even by then I hadn't got my order. So I made an inquiry to ask what's going on my order. The answer I got from them is my order even hadn't been shipped as their courier company is not able to ship to my address. But the thing is it was not my first order from them. And the worst thing is that they even didn't notice until I emailed them. It turned out I literally waited for nothing and have wasted my time. I was advised to reorder and I gave them the same address that I provided last time with the language used in arrival country on February 24th. So I asked them to upgrade my shipping method as the issue that they caused but they said they would include some free samples. Today March 7th, I finally got my order. See what I got as a compensation. 3 small tea bags which I can usually get without this issue and a shopping bag.
