My overall experience was this business could have definitely been better. I contacted them because of their location, whereby my house was just located a few meters away. Overall job was honestly very flimsy. At about 10pm, I went to check if the house was in order (currently under renovation), only to find all the lights on and windows opened and to me surprise, the man was still working on the CCTVs. However, what was even more appalling was that there were 7 huge squares cut into the ceiling. Apparently they were to check if the wiring to pass through from one site to another, really 2 holes in the very same living room on the same plane next to each other. Aside from that, after I had to pay for the amendment of the ceiling, it came to the enclosing the wires (not quite sure what the technical term is called), but it was all over the place and extremely sloppy. The white cover used was way too big, and at the very top there were a myriad of wires sticking out. Moreover, I again had to buy a thinner one and have my contractor do all these work. Now i pose a question, after paying for their service, would you expect such sloppy work? At last, they could at least have the decency to apologise or perhaps do a better work, but no. The lady boss kept on pestering me to pay the full lump sum even at the point where their work was not done. So at this point in time, I think it is quite obvious where is stand. And I would recommend to find a more professional team to help you install your security systems. So just an update, it turns out that his definition of finishing work is to coil up the wire and throw it into my cupboard in the hall. First of all, i think that he has no right to open the drawer because it is sort of a type of infringement of privacy. In addition, when we asked about it, he shouted at us saying that he worked until 10 pm last night and cutting the wire would cost additional. Honestly, working till 10pm was his fault as he could not finish his work and on what basis would we have to pay for his sloppy work?
