★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this foodcourt this morning and was attracted to a long queue patronising this stall selling economic bee hoon/nasi lemak as shown in the signboard but I don’t see any bee hoon or nasi lemak.
Upon enquiry then I learned the popularity is in the fried or char kway teow by a young lady and mum team(understand that the lady is a U graduate). She is very fast in her preparation. Notice her style is uniquely different from many char kway teow that I have patronised. She uses min oil and add adequate soy sauce and the kway teow and mee soft in texture. The so call saying “the proof of the eating is in the pudding. Different people has different taste bud so never try never know.
