★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so busy si you do not have to wait in long queues. There is always parking space available. You have access to good quality bread ( Baker & Cook , Swiss) A good range of products at most times other than now ( Covid - 19 ) when supply chains have been disrupted for some of the finest cheeses that come from Europe.

I love Guthrie house -
It has an old charm and I recall my Jc days that I would come to the now defunct Venezia gelato for their lunch sets and gelato - they are sadly no longer here .
Simply bread is a nice find . No frills bread lovers paradise . Breads are inexpensive and all freshly made.
How about some incredibly aromatic hot cross buns made with black currents and a rich medley of nutmeg , cinnamon spices?
Ask for your breads to be toasted - for that soft crisp outside .
Nothing beats a good bread for brunch.
Also available are there ala minute sandwiches , freshly assembled on the spot :)
The BLT and the ham and cheese and cinnamon French toasts are a must .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's conveniently located right by the 6th avenue MRT station, and has many things all around them. It's a relatively old development, and has been servicing people who live around here and students in the vicinity alike. The anchor reason why most people will come here is probably because of the Cold Storage supermarket, which is actually of pretty high quality and not as crowded. Beyond that, in all honesty, there's nothing much more reasons why you'll come here to hang out and chill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place. Cold storage here is pretty small so it does not have a wide selection. There is a coffee bean on the ground floor as well so it's nice to just chill and hang out there...
