Very bad experience with gvs holidays. Our bad experience starts from receveing from airport. With 2kids we landed 5am in airport. No one from gvs to pick up (though we paid for pick up service ) As we called Mr.poovanan (manager gvs) he told us to wait till 10 am in airport with kids or else u pay Taxi individually and go and check in hotel by your self. We have no choice and paid 123 Singapore dollars for taxi and checked in. All the itanary not tourist favourable. All programmes are only commercial. We separately visted so many areas by ourselves and paid nearly 1000 dollars extra. Whole tour we spended in fear. By God's grace we travelled back india safely. I would nt recommend gvs for anyone.

We traveled to Singapore with my elederly parents, in laws and kid. GVS Ganesh and Poovannan were very helpful thorough out our stay in Singapore. very well planned itinerary and cost effective as well. Their pick up is on time and very courteous drivers all along. i strongly recommend GVS holidays as your tour partner if you are planning to visit Malaysia and SIngapore. we left our mobile phone while drop off at Airport. they have sent back to my place safely without a hiccup. Great service at affordable cost.

Their services were pretty decent. They did follow the itinerary and covered all the places. Ganesh, the Sales Director could be more courteous with the guests. As per the itinerary, our pickup from the airport was scheduled at 10 AM. When we called him at about 9:40 AM from the Singapore airport, he said we are late and need to wait for next shuttle without giving proper information. For someone who is landing at a new country, they could possibly give little more time (Immigration has lot of people at times) or be more courteous. We pay more money to these tours and travels, so it can be a hassle free vacation. But, customer service seems to be least important for people like these. They behave as if they are doing us a favour (They forget we have paid them for all the services well in advance) The food coupons they provide for all the Indian restaurants in Little India is a worst choice. The restaurants make you feel like they are giving food for free to those with food coupons. Thats how horrible is how they make you feel. Sitara restaurant was the worst. The other company staffs and coach captains were helpful. Suresh was a very courteous person.

Very good experience in your travel. Pick up and drop timings excellent. Driver is very polite , having good manners. Food and hotel excellent.???I recommend your travels for my friends and relatives.

Hi GVS Holidays arrange for my parents senior citizens for Transport services during covid pandemic under VTL. Excellent service. Very helpful and co operative. Ganesh was explained clearly for procedures of safety measures.

The Singapore tour was conducted in an organized manner. Everybody whom I met and communicated with, were very helpful. Since we had also done ample research about the places before visiting, it was easy to interpret and follow the instructions of the tour guide/driver. Overall, it was a good experience and deserves appreciation !

On our return trip from USA, we had a stop over for eight days in Singapore. I had done my hotel booking and cab pick up for all the days before leaving from India. On each day, Ganesh was explained before we travelled to Singapore for pick up time from airport and tours schedule timing clearly. GVS driver and van were very punctual both to and fro from our hotel. Also each day we were informed on WhatsApp about the timings, drivers name and telephone number which was very helpful. I am fully satisfied and would avail of their services and wholeheartedly recommend them
