★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very odd sales tactic. Doesn't allow customer to view the marble slabs at the warehouse until making a purchase commitment at the showroom.
All natural stones have unique / different patterns. Who would commit tens of thousands of dollars before even knowing what the actual stock looks like?
Very odd... no other marble/granite supplier that I've met does this, except Hafary. Guess I'll just take my business else where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Hafary at Tradehub21 looking for tiles for our flat. Throughout the 10 minutes of looking in the shop, not a single salesperson approaches us. Two ladies were sitting at the counter chatting away treating us like transparent. Horrible customer service standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite big and has a wide selection of tiles for viewing. The place is also nicely designed for showing their tiles in various environment. We walked around by ourself and it's a pleasant place to visit and browse by yourself. There are staffs at the counter if you need help with something too.
