The hair stylist was friendly and very meticulous. The service was attentive and she went to great lengths to ensure that my hair was washed thoroughly and even gave me a neck and shoulder massage.

Today I brought my girl, a 22 month old toddler, for a haircut. When I checked with lady boss, Aries, how long was the wait, she told me it will be her turn after she finished dying hair for one customer. So we waited patiently, while chatting with an auntie or two there. Unknowingly the wait was like almost two hours. By the time it was my girl's turn, Aries was asking ," Your girl looked very tired, you sure you want to proceed with the haircut." What a sarcastic remark. I said, "Of course. We have already waited for so long." Then five minutes after the cut has begun, my girl was making a big fuss. It made the cut difficult to proceed. I was really very upset. I paid the 7 dollars to Aries, and told my girl, we shall never come here again. Aries was defending herself, saying that she already warned me that she was very tired. Poor attitude, no sense of apology. I was upset because have I known the wait was going to be that long, I would have made appointment to come at another time or what. For God's sake, they are not new to this profession and would have known that a child at this age could not wait that long. And I am not a hairdresser myself. How would I know that dying hair for one customer would take like two hours or so. They would have just told me exactly how long the wait was gonna be. Not by saying "after dying hair for one customer." Totally poor communication. And we are regulars some more. I was upset that she took us for granted, knowing her business is good. That explains for their poor attitude and slight arrogance towards us. I strongly discourage parents who want to bring babies and toddlers to go there for a haircut, to avoid frustration and disappointment.

I am a frequent patron here. The price is reasonable and with skilled and careful haircut. My hair dresser is Connie. Their hair wash also very indulging, making me doze off with great head massage. The only minus point is sometimes it took me long time to wait.
