★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only wanted a simple trim to have my bangs at eyebrow level, but the hairdresser couldn't even do that. He cut it way too short in a different style without my consent and when confronted, said straight bangs were "not nice". How dare he. He even destroyed the original style. Now I have to regrow it and get it done properly. If you care about your hair at all don't patronize this store.
