★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly having gone here today, I realised my hair looks dreadful. The cut was basic, the colour was not what I expected and I brought my own product to treat my hair $476 dollars late (minus $70 gel feet and hands) I have come home to realise I need to tie my hair up for the next 6-12 weeks hope it grows back quicker and find a new hairdreser ( I recommended Hair We Go to many friends) . If you are busy, dont multi-task this is what occured here today, the time I thought allocated to myself was not , I requested for my dye , cut and blow dry from Kay. This did not occur I left with a basic pudding bowl cut , hair that is not my colour and feeling rather low about the money I spent , same amount which a UK hairdresser would not charge and I would have come comeback. Sorry Ladies you were not great today and the hair is a disaster CAN I HAVE A REFUND please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut here recently. My hair is wavy/curly. The hairdressers are friendly but i guess she does not handle curly/wavy hair too often. She sheared thinned my hair too much and my hair does not react well becauss it needs weight to hold the curls. It was shorter than requested and now i have no confidence to wear my hair down. The last time a hair dresser thinned my hair out it took years ro grow back the volume. Really very sad.

All things considered especially during the pandemic, I was slightly worried that the salon would be crowded, however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they operate on an appointment-basis which allows them to control the number of people in the salon. The service was great and Cat was incredibly nice, and she did a great job with my hair. Definitely a salon I would gladly revisit, come my next hair appointment.
