★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deal at your own risk. Great sales speech in selling their item with promises that cant be kept. Terribly disappointed at how the after service was, item is less than a year old and its not a small item. I really do hope they can improve on this. I personally do not recommend buying the chairs from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no star at all. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. Wasted my time travelling there. The salesperson does not answer the door bell, and does not know the products. They give different price quotes on the phone and in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought the massage bed, stool and trolley on the 16 april 2017 from this company online and delivered on Monday 17 April 2017 at 1pm. There's a lot of defects found on the bed base one of it is shorter than other 3. When ask one of their delivery man to open up the stool that which is still wrapped,they insisted they are just deliver guy. After we opened up e stool ON OUR OWN, we found out that the lever shifter was broken. Get back to them immediately but till today no remedy or exchange been apply.... Very very very bad experience with this company. Will make further complain...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boycott! Awful service and expensive products. Saw an item bought for $30+, selling for $120+. Came back to the exchange unused item within 24 hours and got but flat out rejected.
Be careful of your cards, the cashier Lilian did not return my hubby's atm/ ezlink card, had to come back ? Waste time/money. Have spent and recommended family friends $500 to buy hair dye and hair care,. Will avoid this shop in future. There are similar companies offering better deals/products/price/service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hot towel warmer from Mr Khor and barely after a week it started rusting. Tried messaging and calling him to feedback but was completely ignored. Eventually got back to me and said he couldn’t do an exchange because it was China made. Totally unacceptable. Why sell then when you can’t offer basic after service? I could have actually bought from Ali Express or Lazada for the same item at a much cheaper price and not support a local business. Irresponsible and poor business ethics. $196 just down the drain.
