★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time ordering, and I am impressed by the commitment of the staff. They called to to check on my order within a few hours. Delivery done the next day.
Overall, fresh seafood & poultry delivered. Big fishes and chicken were cut up. Price wise, reasonable esp the meat is cheaper than buying frozen from supermarkets.
Most importantly, halalan thoyyiban. And i saved 3 hours bi weekly to the market an
save money on random shopping every time I visit geylang too. Alhamdulillah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such a bad experience purchasing online. First, no mention what time the delivery will be. Second, therw are items out of stock (which is only made known during delivery). Third, I have missing items from the delivery e.g. frozen stingray, banana leaves and tapioca leaves which totaled up to $18.00. Fourth, called hotline but no answer.
Please do not engage online transaction with this company. Horrible.
Edit: They contacted me after I have emailed them. They decided to refund the monies. Refund accepted and recieved via PayNow. However, more needs to be done for service recovery i.e. actually sending the missing items.

This shop always keeps out of stock item, they will make you order and then will call to say item out of stock and whether we would like to replace or refund??♀️
Why in the 1st place sell item which is not available?. I stop ordering from them as I feel a waste of time. Meat is good. Fish okay. However they are very overpriced. For delivery wise no complain.
Conclusion:Won’t be ordering again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from them 3 times. Shop will never let you know of unavailability of items until delivery(twice already and the same items!) Don't have don't list!). And no one ever responded to calls and messages. If they are late, nothing will be done. Opted for 10-2 but only called at 2.20 to say that they were PREPARING for my delivery. A replacement item was charged more than the actual price. The price list stated otherwise. And now there is an extra $2 charge to support PH drivers. Do not get me wrong. Yes there are problems for PH drivers. However there are people who are experiencing worse situations and needed support. Some are the customers. And this should be voluntary, not a forced one! I tried to call and message the shop and the numbers associated, but no one responded. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mayonise and it was expired they did not even check the date and this isnt the first time. I ctc the person and ask for a replacement they say that the item is not in stock i understood and said that they can jas send it next time. instead they send me a few things i didnt even need. after talkin to them again the owner said that i cant buy from his shop anymore. im sure his the one in the wrong but could'nt admit his mistake nor apologize thus blame me instead. Please becareful guys. very dissapointed n highly not recommended.
