I am their customer, my renovation is on going. Designer who i engaged was having good attitude, however he is too busy, not able to remember things that we discussed and hard to find him... The most frustrating experience during my renovation process, is that they use very sub par workers with very bad workmanship, my expectation is rather high, as i follow many overseas renovation programmes and expect to have similar renovation quality. The budget for this reno is very expensive (more than 70k), however, i feel many of the material they use for my renovation is not very good, for example the wall of the room is build from normal partition board but not wood plank... False ceiling not cannect fully from wall to wall, many area cut corner, worker not always on site.... Etc The reason why i said their worker is having very bad workmanship, can you imagine those worker are only using traditional tools for their job, never improve their skill, never learn how to use new tools, for example they dont even have laser measuring tool. The lighting installation worker told me 'agak agak'.... Hey! This reno budget is more than 70k, what agak agak!? Many mistakes has arised during the process onsite. Now it is like fire fighting because running out of time before we move in.... Now because of Covid, no people at office, it is hard for me to reach their boss, i can only put my comment here. All and all, i have mixed experience with this company and their service... And im not enjoying the process at all.
