Our family only swear by Han Fong Aluminum when we require any alterations, replacement & reinstallation for aluminum based fixtures for all our properties. The company’s founder is a veteran in the industry and is indeed a very experienced 师傅 in fabricating aluminum products for homes, offices and other business projects. He is assisted by his wife whose a very nice, patient, soft spoken & well-mannered lady. Although there is no fanciful showroom, the workshop & office at Ang Mo Kio is already very well furbished with all types of samples currently being used in their premises. This is definitely essential & very useful in helping us customers when making a discerning decision during our selection process. We chose blue-hued glass for all our casement windows as we badly require a replacement of the ones in our home as they have aged over 2 decades. Han Fong Aluminum uses 6mm thick glass panels for our windows and we are very satisfied with the outcome after the replacement for casement windows had been done at both locations of our property. The arms supporting the casement windows to the windows ledge is noticeably thicker than thinner ones we used to have for our old windows. And they are definitely of stainless steel grade. Insulation against noise and malodour from neighbouring units (when our windows are closed) seemed to be excellent right now after the replacement was done. We definitely love love love these blue-glass windows! From our perspective, their pricing is reasonable given the hard work for uninstalling the old windows & the frames and reinstalling the newly fabricated sets. We are also relieved that our pre-existing set of grilles wasn’t damaged even after uninstalling. Their installer & his assistant exercised diligence in protecting our floor tiles & borrowed our broom to sweep up our floor. They were also pretty experienced in reinstalling new kitchen windows without damaging the old window grilles which could not be removed due to bad installation by a previous installer 20 years ago. Their installer also went the extra mile of lubricating the rollers for our old window grilles etc etc. However, due to the high demands for their aluminum works arising from their other projects, resources in paying non-obligatory visits for quotations are limited (given the covid situation), we would highly recommend Han Fong only to home owners who value quality & reliability above cheap quotations. (Sorry about the bad photos where the surroundings of our windows seemed dimmed due to very strong backlighting fr the sunlights but in reality, the windows look really good!)
