Handmade Mee Koon Kueh - 20 Marsiling Ln

Cheap and good! Different type of noodles for you to choose. You can either order Dry or Soup base. I preferred the soup base. Have eating there many times.

It was a fairly simple dish, of handmade noodles (pasta or Mee hoon kueh). There were ‘You Mian’ and ‘Sheng Mian’ as well. We asked for the dry version but thought the black soy sauce was a bit too sweet for us. We mixed it with the sour and hot chillie sauce which was more robust and tasty. The broth was quite starch-light and clear though we actually prefer the most starchy ones. It was topped with minced pork, anchovies and spinach.
