POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INDIAN STAFF REALLY NEED TO LEARN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MAN WHO CLAIMS TO BE A MANAGER NEED TO ACT ACCORDING TO HIS RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT CLAIM EVERYONE HERE IS A MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR.DO NOT SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS YOUR FRUSTRATION IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE MOOD.

Went to purchase 3 clay pot for cooking n the ladies in d 3rd floor were nt helpful instead chatting laughing n giggling away as thou we are invisible.. counter staff for payment not friendly n a Malaysian lady was sarcastic n rude to a customer in front of me for choosing his cashier in confusion who to male his payment to .. rude pple

Not very spacious but there r some good deals , don’t go on weekends too rush

Haniffa Pte Ltd has unethical standards. I picked up a product (Brand:Pattu, Description : Toor Dhal 1kg), which had price label of $2.90 on the packaging and shelf. Upon transaction at the cashier counter, the price shown was $3.50. When I enquired from the cashier about the incorrect price, he could not provide an immediate answer and tried to call someone to no avail. When he finally managed to get someone to assist after some time, I was informed the price was just changed and he could not do anything about it. I left after picking up another product. They simply wasted my time, and to make matters worse, the cashier had allowed someone else to cut the queue before the price error was discovered. Future customers should take note that Haniffa has many products with incorrect pricing, and should check the pricing scanned at the cashier counter before payment and there is no proper queue management at the cashier checkout.

I bought a pair of sandals at haniffa. I went home and checked it by walking and I could hear a nail sound inside the heel in one sandal. I wanted to return back but that store supervisor was not at all willing to exchange saying this is imported and cannot do anything about it . No customer care in that store. Very very bad experience. They never exchange any thing after you come to cashier area.

Had a terrible experience with their cashiers (who seems to be from India). She was pretty rude and arrogant. We locals are aware Haniffa's main target customers are foreign workers from India. This doesn't mean they can take the locals for granted. I would advise everyone to avoid going there.

Just now first time I did shopping in Haniffa supermarket. Female Staff at the cash counter must re-learn as to how to talk with customer. Very rude behaviour. To be honest, this was first and last visit to this supermarket. Will not recommend to my friends and relatives

To be fair, will share the good and the bad. Good: adequate selection of textiles for sarees, of various price points and types / materials, hence my two stars. Slightly limited for Punjabi suits, but overall there is a variety. Bad: customer service. I was unwell when I visited so I needed to sit, a lady staff shouted at my friends and I, and even asked her female colleague to start sweeping the floor all around us while my friend was trying on her Punjabi suit. The lady staff continued to side eye my friends and me and stare at us throughout our entire trip to the store, making us feel extremely unwelcome, unpleasant and uncomfortable throughout our visit. Needless to say, we left shortly after because of the bad and rude customer service. We felt chased out.
