It was the best decision i made last year to choose Hansel as my ID. Super professional, very responsive, carpentry workshop did a great work too. I had a tide schedule start mid Dec and they managed to complete the work one week before CNY. My ID zhiying really took care of the whole project together with the team they delivered me a lovely home. Really appreciate their work, and highly recommended.

We engaged Hansel Studio to help design and renovate our 5-room resale HDB. Throughout the entire process, Jac was detailed, responsive and dependable. We were immediately drawn to Jac’s design proposal because she understood and listened to our requirements and design wants. We engaged the services of Jac from Hansel Studio. Being first time home owners of a 4-room HDB flat, my wife and I had several ideas of how we wanted our home to look like. Jac certainly made it a very smooth-sailing and enjoyable process for us, especially in this pandemic! As we knew that we wanted to spend a bit more time in the kitchen, Jac helped us to conceptualise our kitchen and turned it into a configuration that would work for us while most definitely, making it look aesthetically pleasing. Jac was also very quick to entertain to our last minute queries about the home renovation process. She was prompt in updating us about the progress of the house and made us feel very comfortable during the collaborative process. There was also a great exchange of ideas from her! We were aware that there would bound to be some hiccups along the way, but we could confidently say that there weren’t any from this experience. We are so grateful to have worked with Hansel Studios to achieve our dream home.

Hansel's team has very good lines of communication and forthcoming in ideas and options, to craft out the design I had in mind. Very good quality works, and they took care of the few minor rectifications needed. And on top of this, they completed the project on time like they promised. Strongly recommend Jac and the team for anyone looking for stylish yet functional designs for their homes.

We renovated our first home in March 2022. We visited a few ID but there was no match to the professionalism and standard of work by Hansel Studio. We also realized their price point was higher than most IDs but from all other interaction, we only had confidence in them. Our Reno process was relatively smooth. Our designer - Jac has a good eye for design, she is also responsible with all aspects of the project and responsive to our queries. The space planning was quite well done and we are enjoying our home a lot. There were only minor issues with some electrical works but considering it was our first home, we are quite proud of the outcome with the help of Hansel Studio. The finishing requires some touch-up but they came down and resolved issues within matter of days. I would recommend if you have a comfortable budget, little time and value good service and quality.

My experience with Hansel had been amazing from day 1. My ID ZY has great taste, and most importantly, she listens to my needs and consider the usability carefully when I explains my habits. During the working phase, not just providing the high quality work, the team would keep me posted with any major updates at least weekly. They are detail oriented and considerate, managing my changing request with care and never drop tasks. A project like this would never be easy, however the experience with Hansel had been smooth and comfortable - when you know they are so dependable.
